Pricing
One price per workspace.
Set by your headcount.
A flat monthly price for the whole workspace, chosen by the headcount band you sit in, with tiers that add modules as you go up. We do not print the figures here, because the right tier depends on whether payroll and statutory are in scope — tell us your headcount and your modules and we will quote it on the call.
No per-seat meter · no overage line · annual at twelve times monthly
Four tiers, cumulative
Each tier is the one before it, plus what it adds.
Every tier is sold in headcount bands, from a team of twenty-five to a thousand people and a quoted plan beyond that. The tier decides which modules are switched on; the band decides the price.
Launch
Core HR, off the spreadsheet.
The record every other module reads from, and the two things every team needs on day one.
What is included
- People & org — locations, departments, teams, reporting lines
- Leave — balances, requests, holiday calendars per location
- Attendance — web and mobile check-in with geofences
- Announcements
- The iOS and Android app
Starter
Launch, plus the first payroll.
For a team that is ready to run salaries from the same record, and to stop onboarding by email.
What is included
- Everything in Launch
- Payroll runs and payslips
- Onboarding — task templates, document collection
- Shifts and attendance regularisation
- Employee documents on the record
Growth
Statutory payroll, approvals, and Ziva.
Where most workspaces land: statutory payroll in India, the UAE or the US, the exit that settles itself, and the approvals engine behind every request.
What is included
- Everything in Starter
- Statutory payroll — PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, LWF
- Full & final settlement with exit clearance
- Leave policies — accrual, carry-forward, encashment
- Approval chains, biometric devices, audit log
- Ziva, helpdesk, and attrition and headcount reports
Business and up
Growth, plus the talent and money modules.
The whole platform. The larger bands carry the same modules for more people, and past the top band it is a quoted plan.
What is included
- Everything in Growth
- Performance — KRA scorecards, 360 reviews, calibration
- Recruitment — openings to offer, hire becomes employee
- Expenses and assets — rated claims, the asset register
- Surveys, and the Slack integration
Moving between tiers is a plan change, not a migration. Every module reads the same record, so switching statutory payroll on in month four does not mean re-importing anyone.
No line item for this
What you are not charged for.
Per-seat pricing goes wrong when the seat count stops matching the number of people getting value. A banded price removes most of that drift. These are the rest of the places we have decided not to bill.
Growing inside your band
The price is for the workspace, not the seat. A joiner who still fits your band costs nothing extra that month.
Single sign-on
Okta, Entra ID or any OpenID provider is switched on for the workspace when you need it, rather than being the reason to buy a bigger plan.
Support tickets
Asking us a question is not billable. Neither is the tenth one about the same edge case.
The mobile app
iOS and Android are the same product on a different screen, for everyone on the workspace.
Product updates
New modules and improvements land on the plan you are on. There is no upgrade invoice for work we shipped.
Questions we get asked
The answers, without a number in them.
If one of these is a deal-breaker either way, it is better established now than in week three of an implementation.
How is the price set?
One flat monthly price for the whole workspace, chosen by headcount band. There is no per-seat meter and no per-module add-on inside a tier: the tier decides the modules, the band decides the price.
What happens when we outgrow the band?
You move up a band. It is an upgrade, not an overage line on next month's invoice. The product will not let you add the employee that would take you past your band's ceiling without that upgrade, so you are never surprised by a bill for people you had not planned for.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time fee that scales with the band, because importing your people, configuring leave policies and reviewing a payroll configuration is real work. On the quoted plan above the top band it is part of the quote.
Is there an annual term?
Yes. Annual billing is available today at twelve times the monthly price — we have not published an annual discount, and we would rather say so than invent one. Nothing in the product is gated behind the longer term.
What does implementation involve?
Importing your people and org structure, configuring leave policies and shifts, and running payroll in parallel with whatever you use today until two consecutive runs match. That last part is the one that matters and the one we will not rush.
Can we start small and add modules later?
Yes. Tiers are cumulative and every module reads the same record, so moving from Starter to Growth switches statutory payroll and Ziva on without re-importing anyone.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. The employee directory, leave balances, expense claims, the asset register and helpdesk tickets each come out as CSV from the product, and attendance and payslip data come out the same way. We delete the workspace on your instruction and confirm when it is done.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes — usually one department or one location, with real data and a real payroll run in parallel. A pilot on invented data proves nothing, because the edge cases that break HR software are all in your policy document.

Headcount, which modules you need, whether payroll is in scope, and when you want to be live. Thirty minutes is usually enough to get to a real number.
